Time flies as we all know, with Christmas very close now and yes- it only seems that last Christmas has just been, but the decorations are with us again.

For us at Whittle Knight & Boatwood Ltd we are completing our 53rd year as a real estate company and we were reminded of this when one of our property managers brought in a 1981 newspaper with the real estate section in its full glory of run-on advertisements and a multitude of company names who, unlike our company, have not stood the test of time.

Reflecting on this, time also brings about change. The data that we as a company access every day to fully research each property that our clients entrust us with is far more comprehensive and accurate than ever before. As a result, we can provide our clients with a very informative and detailed appraisal of where their property sits on today’s market.

We find also that many clients have been in their homes for many years and the property slowly changes around them without them being overly aware of the shifting tides.
