BUTTER’S BUCHE 

Butter’s table centrepiece for the festive season is the famed bûche de Noël – a yule time tradition in France, with a decidedly Butter-esque twist for the Kiwi palate. This is an artful display of an almond praline crémeux, wrapped up in a handmade choux sponge roulade and slathered in a milk chocolate mousse.
