Cocktail: Strawberry Seduction
This is a match made in Strawberry heaven. Zodiac’s Arnie has crafted the Strawberry Seduction, using strawberry sake and strawberry gin, and brought it together with the warmth and aromatics of star anise. This will have you sipping on memories of warm summers, backyard parties, and Mum’s fruit salad.
Ingredients
45ml strawberry gin
30ml strawberry sake
30ml strawberry & star anise syrup
45ml strawberry puree
30ml lemon juice
3 sprigs of basil
Method
Shake all the above together with ice. Double strain into a hurricane glass. Garnish with fresh basil tips, dried strawberries, and star anise.
