Cocktail: Matcha Berry Kiss
What happens when you combine vodka, Chambord, berries, yuzu, maple syrup and matcha? A matcha made in heaven, that is! Zodiac’s Arnie has made the Matcha Berry Kiss, a cocktail that is light and refreshing and a great accompaniment to brunch, lunch, or dinner with its fresh yet earthy flavours.
INGREDIENTS
45ml Haku vodka
15ml chambord
60ml mixed berry puree
20ml yuzu juice
20ml maple syrup
Top up with matcha foam
Matcha Foam Recipe
3 tsp organic matcha powder (dilute in 60ml hot water)
120 ml coconut cream
90 ml maple syrup
120 ml egg white
METHOD
For the cocktail: Shake all ingredients together over ice. Strain into tall glass.
For foam, add all ingredients to a whipped cream canister. Squirt on top. Dust with powdered freeze-dried berries.
