DANCING WATER WINES

Nestled in North Canterbury, Dancing Water’s winemaking philosophy is simple: to craft beautiful wine. Beautiful has been the winery’s favourite adjective and objective since they began producing wine in 1981. Owner Kim Schofield has passionately worked to restore, protect, and enhance this unique vineyard, which boasts some of New Zealand’s oldest living Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines. As one of the few Scheurebe vineyards in the southern hemisphere, Dancing Water was named among the top 12 Scheurebe wines globally by the renowned Italian wine and food magazine Civiltà del bere. They’ve also built a reputation for crafting beautiful rosé, releasing what may be the only Scheurebe Rosé in the world – and quite possibly the best you’ll taste all summer.
